Punjab School Education Board Announces Admission Schedule for 2024-25

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has announced the admission schedule for classes 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 for the academic year 2024-25. The last date for admission is July 31, 2024.
Students who have passed/failed in PSEB examinations can apply for admission within 15 days of the result declaration. They can also apply after the schools reopen after the summer vacation, as per the schedule issued by the Department of School Education.
75% Attendance condition
School principals are responsible for ensuring that students who are admitted late have at least 75% attendance from the date of their admission.

For students coming from other states who have passed classes 4, 5, 9, 10, and 11, a transfer certificate is not required for admission. Schools should refer to the list of boards approved by the MHRD which is available on the PSEB website [https://www.pseb.ac.in/] for admitting students from other states/boards.
Instructions for students from Foreign countries
Students who have completed their school education from a foreign country and want to pursue further studies from PSEB will need to obtain an equivalence certificate from AIU (Association of Indian Universities) before the board issues them an equivalence certificate.
