Punjab Teacher Transfer Merit Point Calculator 2026 – Use this calculator to estimate your transfer merit points under the Transfer Policy for Associate Teachers, Associate Pre-Primary Teachers and Inclusive Education Assistant Teachers.

2. Special Category – Maximum 55 Marks

Female Teacher Category

For the female special-category provision carrying 10 marks, the policy states that eligible females in that category are given 10 marks only. The calculator therefore does not add the separate basic female 5 marks to the 10-mark female special-category selection.

Transfer to Zone 4 / Zone 5 – Maximum 20 Marks

4. Child Studying in Government School – Maximum 15 Marks

For one child, the policy formula is 0.625 × number of years studied in Government School. For two or more children, the applicable marks are added subject to a maximum of 15 marks.

5. Excessive Leave Deduction – Maximum 5 Marks

Select the leave period during the preceding academic year, excluding maternity leave as specified in the policy.
