Preference will be given to ESM for each cat/post. 3. Last date of receipt of application as per format given at our website. Application as per requisite format alongwith self-attested photocopies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualifications as mentioned documents below in Para 5 duly attested and Work Experience will be submitted in duplicate to OIC ECHS Cell, Stn HQ Patiala by 10 Oct 2025. Any application received after 10 Oct2025 will not be accepted. 4. On Job Training: Candidates Selected for the post of Med Spl, Radiologist, Gynaecologist and MO will carry out 10 days on the job Training without renumeration as a mandatory requirement before assuming charge as a contractual Employee. 5. Interview Date, Time & Venue Tentative date of interview is 28 Oct. 2025, however firm date will be intimated later by e-mail and telephonically Candidate must reach ECHS Cell Stn HQ Patiala at 0845 hrs on the date of interview which will be held between 0900h to 1500h. Candidate must bring all the original certificates/mark sheets/ degree of Matric/Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma/Degree, Valid Regn Cert. Work experience. Computer Course/Diploma and Discharge book, PPO, Service Particulars, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, NOC from the Present employer if applicable, Medical fitness certificate duly signed by CMO of Civil Govt Hospital/SEMO of Military Hospital and 02 PPsize colour photographs at the time of interview.
