6TH PAY COMMISSION ARREAR BREAKING: ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ/ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ 8 ਕਿਸ਼ਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ ਪੇਅ ਲਿਵਾਇਜ਼/‌ ਲੀਵ ਇਨਕੈਸ਼ਮੈਂਟ ਬਕਾਇਆ

 ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਐਡਿਡ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਡਾ ਐਲਾਨ, ਰਿਵਾਇਜ਼ ਪੇਅ ਅਤੇ ਲੀਵ ਐਨਕੈਸ਼ਮੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਜਾਰੀ

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 10 ਅਪਰੈਲ 2025 ( ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ) – ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ , ਕਾਲਜਾਂ, ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਆਂ, ਅਤੇ ਐਡਿਡ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਪੈਂਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ 6ਵੇਂ ਪੇ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ, UGC ਅਤੇ AICTE ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਰਿਵਾਇਜ਼ ਪੇਅ ਅਤੇ ਲੀਵ ਐਨਕੈਸ਼ਮੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਬਕਾਇਆ 01 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2016 ਤੋਂ 30 ਜੂਨ 2021 ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਮਿਆਦ ਲਈ ਹੈ।

ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ/ਪੈਂਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ 01 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2021 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰਿਵਾਇਜ਼ ਪੇਅ ਜਾਂ ਪੈਂਸ਼ਨ ਨਕਦ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਬਕਾਇਆ 8 ਬਰਾਬਰ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਕਿਸ਼ਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਕਿਸ਼ਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਇਹ ਹੈ:

2026-27 (ਪਹਿਲਾ ਚਰਨ):

• ਪਹਿਲੀ ਕਿਸ਼ਤ – ਜੂਨ 2026
• ਦੂਜੀ ਕਿਸ਼ਤ – ਸਤੰਬਰ 2026
• ਤੀਜੀ ਕਿਸ਼ਤ – ਦਸੰਬਰ 2026
• ਚੌਥੀ ਕਿਸ਼ਤ – ਮਾਰਚ 2027

2027-28 (ਦੂਜਾ ਚਰਨ):

• 5ਵੀਂ ਕਿਸ਼ਤ – ਜੂਨ 2027
• 6ਵੀਂ ਕਿਸ਼ਤ – ਸਤੰਬਰ 2027
• 7ਵੀਂ ਕਿਸ਼ਤ – ਦਸੰਬਰ 2027
• 8ਵੀਂ ਕਿਸ਼ਤ – ਮਾਰਚ 2028

ਲੀਵ ਐਨਕੈਸ਼ਮੈਂਟ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ:

ਜੋ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ 01.07.2021 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰਿਟਾਇਰ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਵਾਇਜ਼ ਲੀਵ ਐਨਕੈਸ਼ਮੈਂਟ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਵੀ ਚਾਰ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਕਿਸ਼ਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ:

• ਜੂਨ 2026
• ਸਤੰਬਰ 2026
• ਦਸੰਬਰ 2026
• ਮਾਰਚ 2027

ਇਹ ਪੱਤਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਂਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ।

Punjab Government Announces Payment Plan for Revised Pay/Pension Arrears

CHANDIGARH, April 10, 2025 ( PBJOBSOFTODAY) – The Punjab Government has announced its plan to pay arrears of revised pay, pension, leave encashment, and gratuity to employees and pensioners of government/aided schools, colleges, and universities. The decision, approved by the Cabinet on February 13, 2025, aims to provide these payments as per the 6th Pay Commission, UGC, and AICTE revised pay scales.

According to a memo issued by the Finance Department, arrears for the period between January 1

, 2016, and June 30, 2021, will be paid as per the plan already approved for state government employees/pensioners.

For arrears of revised pay/pension from July 1, 2021, onwards, the payment schedule is as follows:

• These arrears will be paid in eight equal quarterly installments, spread across two financial years.
• The first four installments will be paid in the financial year 2026-27, and the next four installments will be paid in the financial year 2027-28.
  • 2026-2027 Installments:
    • 1st Installment: June 2026
    • 2nd Installment: September 2026
    • 3rd Installment: December 2026
    • 4th Installment: March 2027
  • 2027-2028 Installments:
    • 5th Installment: June 2027
    • 6th Installment: September 2027
    • 7th Installment: December 2027
    • 8th Installment: March 2028 []

Revised leave encashment arrears for employees who retired after July 1, 2021, will be disbursed

in four equal quarterly installments: June 2026, September 2026, December 2026, and March 2027.

The announcement was made by the Department of Finance, with approval from the Chief Minister of Punjab.
