Punjab Government Assigns Link Officers in School Education Department
Chandigarh, March 10 ( JOBSOFTOFAY ) – The Punjab Government has issued new orders regarding link officers in the School Education Department to ensure smooth functioning in the absence of key officials. The directive covers cases of temporary leave, medical leave, training, election duty, or any other official engagements that may keep an officer away from duty.
According to the order, if an officer is on leave, their responsibilities will be handled by designated link officers. The allocation is as follows:

The order specifies that Link Officer-1 will take charge first in case of absence, and if they are also unavailable, Link Officer-2 will assume the responsibilities.

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 10 ਮਾਰਚ ( ਜਾਬਸ ਆਫ ਟੁਡੇ)– ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੇਂ ਲਿੰਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਾਲਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਗੈਰ-ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ (ਕੰਮਕਾਜੀ ਛੁੱਟੀ, ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਛੁੱਟੀ, ਟਰੇਨਿੰਗ, ਚੋਣ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਫਰਜ਼) ਕਾਰਨ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਛੁੱਟੀ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਲਿੰਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਸੰਭਾਲਣਗੇ। ਨਵੀਆਂ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀਆਂ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ:

ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਾਫ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲਿੰਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ-1 ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨਿਭਾਵੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਵੀ अनुपलब्ध ਹੋਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਲਿੰਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ-2 ਕੰਮ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸੰਭਾਲੇਗਾ।
ਸਾਰੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਾਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਗੈਰ-ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਰਹਿਣ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਲਿੰਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਇਹ ਨਵਾਂ ਹੁਕਮ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦਾ ਕੰਮਕਾਜ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਘਨ ਦੇ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਰਹੇ।
