Government of Punjab Schedules Review Meeting on August 1, 2024
*Chandigarh, July 25 2024 ( JOBSOFTODAY)– The Office of the Special Secretary School Education of Punjab has issued a meeting notice to all District Education Officers (Secondary) and District Education Officers (Elementary) regarding a review meeting scheduled for August 1, 2024. The meeting will be held via video conferencing (VC) at 10:30 AM under the chairmanship of the Special Secretary School Education, Mr. Charcil Kumar.
The agenda for the meeting includes the following points:
1. Enrolment Status: Discussion on the current enrolment status in Senior Secondary Schools, High Schools, and Elementary Schools.
2. Transport Facility: Review of the transport facilities in Schools of Excellence (SoE) and Girls' Schools, along with two primary schools under the pilot project.
3. Uniform Distribution: Update on the distribution of uniforms in Schools of Eminence for 9th, 10th, and 12th-grade students.
4. NABARD Projects: Assessment of the physical and financial progress of NABARD's RIDFXXVII and RIDF XXVIII projects.
5. Infrastructure Works: Status report on the progress of infrastructure works in 13 Schools of Eminence that are to be launched.
6. Bill Status: Examination of the status of bills for April, May, and June concerning Campus Managers and Security Guards.
