HDFC Bank Increases Insurance Coverage for Employees
Mohali, May 31, 2024 - HDFC Bank has announced an enhancement in the insurance coverage for its regular employees. This update follows the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on August 31, 2023.
Details of the Insurance Coverage:
- Natural Death:
- Coverage Amount: ₹ 5.00 lakhs (Enhanced from ₹ 3.25 lakhs)
- Personal Accidental Death:
- Coverage Amount: ₹ 50 lakhs (Remains the same)
- Permanent Partial Disability:
- Coverage Amount: ₹ 50 lakhs (Remains the same)
- Permanent Total Disability:
- Coverage Amount: ₹ 50 lakhs (Remains the same)
- Education Benefit for Children:
- ₹ 4 lakhs each (Up to two children)
- International Air Accidental Death:
- Coverage Amount: ₹ 3 crores
- PAD cover on Platinum Debit Card:
- ₹ 12 lakhs (Enhanced from ₹ 10 lakhs)
All other terms and conditions of the MOU will remain unchanged. HDFC Bank expressed gratitude to its employees for their continued support and hopes to strengthen this relationship further.

ਮੋਹਾਲੀ, 31 ਮਈ 2024 - ਐਚ. ਡੀ. ਐਫ. ਸੀ. ਬੈਂਕ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਲਈ ਬੀਮੇ ਦੇ ਕਵਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਵਾਧਾ 31 ਅਗਸਤ 2023 ਨੂੰ ਸਾਇਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਬੀਮੇ ਦੇ ਤਫ਼ਸੀਲਾਤ:
- ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਮੌਤ:
- ਬੀਮੇ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ: ₹ 5.00 ਲੱਖ (ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ₹ 3.25 ਲੱਖ ਸੀ)
- ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਤ:
- ਬੀਮੇ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ: ₹ 50 ਲੱਖ (ਬਦਲਾਅ ਨਹੀਂ)
- ਸਥਾਈ ਅਧੂਰਾ ਅਪਾਹਜਤਾ:
- ਬੀਮੇ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ: ₹ 50 ਲੱਖ (ਬਦਲਾਅ ਨਹੀਂ)
- ਸਥਾਈ ਪੂਰਨ ਅਪਾਹਜਤਾ:
- ਬੀਮੇ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ: ₹ 50 ਲੱਖ (ਬਦਲਾਅ ਨਹੀਂ)
- ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮਦਦ:
- ₹ 4 ਲੱਖ ਹਰ ਇੱਕ ਬੱਚੇ ਲਈ (ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੋ ਬੱਚੇ)
- ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਤ:
- ਬੀਮੇ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ: ₹ 3 ਕਰੋੜ*
- ਪਲਾਟਿਨਮ ਡੈਬਿਟ ਕਾਰਡ 'ਤੇ ਪੀ. ਏ. ਡੀ. ਸੀ. ਕਵਰ:
- ₹ 12 ਲੱਖ (ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ₹ 10 ਲੱਖ ਸੀ*)
ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਨਿਯਮ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਰਹਿਣਗੀਆਂ। ਐਚ. ਡੀ. ਐਫ. ਸੀ. ਬੈਂਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਲੇ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
