TEACHER TRANSFER POLICY 2024 AMENDMENT: ਤਬਾਦਲਾ ਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਧ, ਅਧਿਸੂਚਨਾ ਜਾਰੀ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਾਲ 2019 ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਬਾਦਲਾ ਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਧ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।ਜਾਰੀ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਤਬਾਦਲਾ ਨੀਤੀ 2019 ਦੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਨੰਬਰ 8 ਵਿੱਚ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸੋਧ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ:-
"This transfer policy will not be applicable in case of those employees who are cancer patients (Self, spouse or Children) / on dialysis (Self, spouse or Children)/ Liver/ Kidney Transplantation/ 40% and above disablity/ Hepatitis B/ Hepatitis C/ Sickle cell Anemia/ Thelesimia/ (Self or Children)/ divorce/ persons having differently abled children or intellectually disabled children/ War widow/ widow of Shaheed/ where death of the spouse makes it necessary for the serving employee to relocate to another place immediately and having children below 18 years of age or teachers who are spouses puses of armed force personnel who have been posted in difficult areas. In these cases all transfer requests will be submitted on a monthly basis on portal (no offline request will be entertained).
Orders in such cases shall be issued with the approval of the Education Minister."
