ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ 'ਤੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਓਪੀਐਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਅਸਫਲਤਾ "ਖਾਲੀ ਖਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਮਾੜੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ" ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ।
