The Punjab State AIDS Control Society (PSACS) invites eligible candidates for the post of Medical Officer (fresh/ Young MBBS doctors) to be filled on a contractual basis under the National AIDS Control Programme in Anti-retroviral Therapy (ART) Centres and Oral Substitution Therapy (OST) Centres. Number of vacancies: There are six vacancies to be filled by Medical Officers (the number of vacancies can increase or decrease) strictly based on the reservation roster.
Salary: The Medical Officers shall be paid a consolidated salary of 72,000 per month.
Place of posting: The Medical Officer (fresh / young) after the due process of selection shall be considered for posting in the following locations: Moga, Chabhal, Ferozepur, Mansa, Sangrur, Jagraon Selection doesn’t
guarantee the place of posting.
Maximum age limit: The maximum age limit to apply for the post of Medical Officer is 65 years.
Essential qualification:
MBBS with valid registration from the respective State Medical Council/NMC
Desirable
Work Experience e in HIV/AIDS Programme me in field settings.
Those with MD Medicine / Diploma in Medicine will be preferred.
Essential Experience
6 months of work experience.
Post Graduates from Clinical Discipline will also be considered.
Good working knowledge of computers, MS Office.
