ਮੁੱਖ ਚੋਣ ਅਫਸਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮਿਤੀ 25 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2023 ਨੂੰ 13ਵਾਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਵੋਟਰ ਦਿਵਸ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਮੂਹ ਬੀ ਐਲ ਓ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਿਤੀ 25 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 11.00 ਵਜੇ BLO ਪੱਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਹਰ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ।

ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਰੇਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਕਤ ਵੋਟਰ ਪ੍ਰਣ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਮੁੱਖ ਚੋਣ ਅਫਸਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਵੋਟਰ ਦਿਵਸ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ -- Plege ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਜਿਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ Online plege ਲੈਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ceopunjab.gov.in ਦੀ website ਤੋਂ e-plegge download ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕੇਗੀ। ਹਰ ਬੀ.ਐਲ.ਓ. ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਬੂਥ ਘੱਟ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ 40 e-Plege upload ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

ਸਾਈਟ ਤੋਂ ਡਾਊਨਲੋਡ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਹਰ e.Plege ਦਾ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਕੋਡ ਨੰਬਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਬੀ.ਐਲ.ਓਜ਼ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਕੋਡ ਨੰਬਰ ਐਕਸਲ ਸੀਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਸੁਪਰਵਾਈਜ਼ਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਜੋ ਵਟਸਐਪ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇਸ ਦਫਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਡਾਟਾ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਕਰਨਗੇ।

ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ e-Plege download ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ 5 ਬੀ.ਐਲ.ਓਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਪਰਵਾਈਜ਼ਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦਫਤਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

The 13th National Voter's Day is being celebrated on 25 January 2023 as per the instructions of the Chief Electoral Officer, Punjab. Therefore, it has been written to all BLOs that on 25th January at 11.00 am, this program should be celebrated in every office from the BLO level as well.

Every person should take the said voter oath during the program. Apart from this, the Plege will be issued by the Hon'ble Chief Electoral Officer Punjab on the day of National Voter's Day. In this regard, after taking the online pledge, the e-pledge can be downloaded from the ceopunjab.gov.in website. Every BLO At least 40 e-Pledges will be uploaded per booth.

Each e.Plege downloaded from the site will have a unique code number. The BLOs will fill these code numbers in the excel sheet and send them to the supervisors who will transfer the data to this office through WhatsApp group.
