The State of Punjab is making various efforts and taking initiatives to improve the quality of school education in the state. One such initiative is to train teachers & school heads in teacher training institutes of repute in India and abroad.
It is decided by the Department of School Education Punjab to send the principals working in the schools/offices of Punjab for a five-day training programme through international institution like Principals' Academy, Singapore and NIEI, Singapore. Selection of candidates for training programme will be done purely on merit basis.
