ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ 6 ਵੇਂ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਸੋਧਿਆ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਡਾ ਝਟਕਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ 15% ਵਾਧੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ, ਜੇਕਰ ਸੋਧੀ ਹੋਈ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ Basic pay ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਾਧੇ ਲਈ 1.1.2016 ਤੋਂ 30.06.2021 ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
Punjab govt today issued revised notification for the 6th pay commission . It is a big blow for employees as in this notification govt clarifies that after fixation of salary of employee with 15% increase, if revised pay is enhanced with minimum assured basic pay no arrear shall be given from 1.1.2016 to 30.06.2021 for such enhancement.
Read the notification:
" If the increase in the revised pay fixed under this rule is less than 15% (fifteen percent)
over and above what the Government employee was getting as on 31.12.2015 i.e. existing Basic Pay+
Dearness Allowance @113% (one hundred and thirteen percent), such Government employee shall be entitled
to minimum increase of 15% (fifteen percent) over and above what the Government employee was getting as
on 31.12.2015 i.e. existing Basic Pay+Dearness Allowance @113% (one hundred thirteen percent) "
" Provided further that no arrear shall be given from 1.1.2016 to 30.06.2021 for such enhancement".
